HUD Section 8 Renters: Most all of the rental properties available qualify for Government Assistance under the HUD Section 8 rental program, also called Public & Indian Housing. If you feel you may qualify for participation in this program you can visit HUD's website for more information on how to apply or obtain a list of contact numbers in your area.
Qualified Straight Renters: If you are not a participant in the Section 8 housing program but are a qualified renter and would like to rent one our properties please contact our office at (205) 578-6220 to get more information on how to get an application.
