To deal with this you must do your homework and be prepared for the surprises that do come up. If you plan well then you will be equipped to handle the deals even when they do not go perfect. 2. This is NOT A "Get-Rich-Quick" Scheme:
   People listen to the late night guru's or some other infomercial on TV and then hear stories about people getting rich in real estate. Please do not go into this with dollar signs in your eyes or you will be sorely disappointed. It is important to know that the plans we have put together are long term in nature. Although an investor can increase their net worth and monthly cash flow fairly quickly, you will not be rich next week. If our plan is followed then you can reasonably expect to earn a 6-figure income passively within 5 years. The more aggressive types may make it quicker while the less aggressive will take longer.
